If I am invited to view your property as a real estate consultant, my trained eye begins its appraisal literally at the garden fence.  The assessment can be quite complex, for instance in the case of a house that is still inhabited, which will usually exude a warmer atmosphere than a house that has already been vacated and is awaiting a new family.

My first meeting with you will preferably be in your home, the best place to get to know you and understand your specific wishes.  My personal forte, and the reason why you should choose me as your consultant, is that I believe I have an aptitude to put myself in the other person’s shoes.  It is of utmost concern to me to counteract with you not only as an estate agent but also as a consultant who is completely tuned in to your requirements.
